Bi-Partisan Tour Company is always looking for new Washington DC tour guides, if you want the best part-time job out there and are willing to work for it, you can’t earn as much anywhere else and still have fun. Whether you are a parent at home, a student, or looking for another one, come see what being a DC guide is all about.
We have tours from 2 hours to 2 days depending on what your availability is. We are always looking for guides who want to do our 2 hour walking tours, or guides that want to work with students or other bus groups. We’ll train and have you comfortable talking to people in no time.
DC Guide rates depend on experience, the professional guide rate in Washington DC is $40 per hour. If Bi-Partisan Tour Company is providing the training we start you at $20 an hour until we are comfortable with your training and commitment level to our company. There are times when guides make more than $40 an hour, it all depends on your effort and how well can you tell a story!
