A quick point of reference: I work for a very well traveled, wealthy, ad agency giant in CA and I'm often tasked with planning the most extravagant vacations for my boss and his family. I mean the private yacht in Cannes, France with helipad fancy. However when planning this year's travel I was given quite the challenge: book a top tier 4 day historical "Tour of D.C." trip. Very unusual request coming from him. I was scrambling to book his family a trip up to their standards - called all over, no one was available as it was during the winter holidays. All I can say is thank god I found Brian at the Bi-Partisan Tour Company! He got the Foreign Dignitary level of treatment no joke. Not only was he extremely attentive, insightful and knowledgable, but he really went above and beyond any private guide my employer has ever hired. Brian personally worked with me to develop a comprehensive portfolio on my boss's family (the family's likes and dislikes) - then based on what I gave him created a completely customized itinerary. I mean really thought of everything. He was also very flexible, had plan b, c, & d just in case which was crucial. So many tour guides don't think as far ahead as Brian. That should speak to his level of professionalism. My boss even texted me to tell me what a great time he was having during the trip, which never happens. I thought I'd get chewed out because lets face it D.C. in winter isn't exactly a private luxury suite in Bora Bora. Brian really figured out a way to keep my boss, his 14 year old son and 18 year old daughter all equally invested in the trip which, if you've meet them, is no easy task. I cannot stress how HIGHLY I recommend Brian, he knows his stuff and delivers a Platinum VIP level of service. I usually do not write reviews but when my boss is happy then I'm happy. Thank you Brian! - Rich
